About Deserving

Background

Deserving is about the subtle language of presentation and the way we make swift often subconscious judgments based on that portrayed. The tendency to make quick assessments based on appearance is exploited through the use of gesture, texture, and storytelling. The objective is to smuggle novel and potentially disruptive cultural vantage points into the familiar, reflexive act of communicating status via appearance.
